Nordica Blitz Diet

One Cup (80z.) of NORDICA Cottage Cheese (240 Calories).  Three sugarless Elberta peach halves and juice (75 calories). (Instead of peaches, you may substitute diet apricots, 7 halves and juice, or one small orange or small cantaloupe.  None of these contains more than 75 calories, without sugar).  Two 6" squares of Norwegian flat bread brushed with butter, dusted with cinnamon-sugar and toasted under the broiler (60 calories).  (Ry-Krisp may be substituted where flatbread is not available).  Coffee or tea.  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are the same  That's it!  The NORDICA BLITZ DIET is only recommended for only two days, not as a steady diet.  But you'll want to use a NORDICA Cottage cheese plate as a single weight-control meal frequently thereafter.

Note:  The Blitz Diet Plan is designed as a temporary diet only.  If you have any serious health conditions, consult your doctor before beginning any diet.

2-tbsp of fresh parsley
1-tsp of dried oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-lb of uncooked peeled shrimp

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
